Hi

I would like to tell you, that now the time is to have intake of food nutrition more than only depending on milk alone. Gradually try to give liquid diet like juices, shakes etc and then on solid food to your child otherwise there will be weight problem to him on later stage. When he is hungry try to put these generic foods in front of him so there will be no other option in front of him except having food other than milk.

Some of the ways to increase milk is:

Chew and eat hands full of Jeera and drink hot milk after it.

Eat Daliya

Take doctors advice for intake of REGLAN tablet.

God Bless Your Child.
